## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item when applicable. We do not provide refunds.
